Adding an attendant

Give someone their own login, decide what they can see, and keep every entry traceable to a person.

Never share your own PIN. When two people use one login there is no way to tell who entered what, and the record loses the thing that makes it worth keeping.

  1. Add the person with their phone numberThey set their own PIN the first time they sign in. You never see it and you do not need it.
  2. Choose what they can doPermissions are grouped into money, numbers and admin. Entering sales and taking payments is separate from seeing profit, which is separate from adding people or changing settings.
  3. Decide about profit before they startMost owners let an attendant record sales and credit without seeing the shop's profit. Deciding in advance avoids an awkward conversation later.
  4. Check the entries in the first weekEvery entry shows who made it and when. A quick look after a few days tells you whether the training took.

If someone leaves, remove their access and their past entries stay exactly as they are. The record of who did what is not deleted along with the login — that history is the reason it exists.

Which plan

More than one login needs Kanti or above. The free plan is built for a one-person shop.
